The Winner!

Day of Jónás and Renátó in Hungary. Jónás comes from Hebrew. Means: pigeon. Renátó has latin origine means reborn.
Blaha
Today is the day when I finish my 16 days long quiz. The answer to the last question you can find here.
It was really a fun to me even if I had to spend much much more time with it then before. But it was worth. 33 of you took part in my game and during this more then two weeks I have got more then 230 comments altogether which is great honour to me! THANK YOU!
The questions were very easy at times (at the beginning just to comment meant a point) at times too hard. Mostly (but not always) I choosed questions related to history of my country or city because I just love history.:) Thats why my today's photo is also a historical one, from the early 1900's on the Blaha Lujza sqaure in Budapest.
And now.....finally....the result of the game. Who will get the Szamos Marcipan?:)
All the participants deserve some extra attention so here I include their links and their points and scrolling down you will see who won the prize:):

John 1, Sally 1, Annie 1, Santy 1, Vanessa said (I cant find your link) 1, Irredento Urbanita 1, Ackworth born 1, Selana18 1, Mountainboy 1, Denton 1, Orly 1, Ann 1, Giuce 1, Marieta 1, Kala 1, Edwin 1, Lisi 1,

Jing 10

And finally! Two great ladies who gave a great amount of good answers (12 from 16..)....the WINNERS:

Jazzy 12 (Tuzla) and Meg Nakagawa 12 (Nelson) !!!!

Congratulations! And both of you deserve the Szamos Marcipán. Jazzy you were so so persistant, you took part from the very beginning. And Meg....you are really a very surprising person.:) A real fighter...you arrived late...missed the first few questions...but you did such a great job, never failed and you MADE it! Pls Jazzy, Meg send me a postal address to my soteria@axelero.hu e-mail and wait for the post patiently:)

Phew, that's the exact quote (though possibly quoted elsewhere) I found at around 12.59 last night. This has been great fun, thanks. What a learning experience. I hope you do it again in a while, but for now, I need a break!

needless to say i like the b/w photo, nice way to end your quiz especially with the ‘names’ of the winners ;)

you're right i was there from the beginning so i thought i might as well go along with it. i never win anything, never play... but this time marzipans are going my way =) hehe. i must say it's a very interesting way to learn stuff about other cities this way, we should all do it.

thanks Zsolt

Sorry I haven't been consistent in my efforts but even when I didn't comment I enjoyed visiting regularly and looking at the answers. Congratulations to Jazzy and Meg, they are fabulous!
